4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐🎧

Lilly is T.V. show where they are trying to convince the world that big foot exsists, Lilly is part of the camera crew. She doesn't believe a lot of what her producers are doing but its a job.

Ethan “Chaos” Watson is the leader of Fallport, Virginia’s Search and Rescue team. He also happens to be a former Navy SEAL. So when this crew comes into his town he knows it can't be good. They don't seem to know anything about the area or how to keep themselves from getting lost or hurt. But he does notice Lilly because she doesn't seem to fit with the rest of them.

I loved the small town feel of this one, the twist of the old men who gossip. The fact that Lilly isn't helpless at all, the attraction between her and Ethan. I just devoured this book. I had to run out and buy book 2!

I loved the narration as well, Grace Grant, Ryan West, Tim Paige all do a fantastic JOB!

Story was great. Narration was awful!

I loved the story of Ethan and Lilly. Great characters and fantastic plot. The narration was horrible!! The man was over dramatic even when discussing mundane things and the female sounded 12 and whiny. I am hopeful there are different narrators on the next book.

Horrible!

I have read and/or listen to most of Susan Stoker’s books, but this was bad. So slow to develop and dragged on and on. This was painful to listen to. I hope the next book in this series is better and different narrators.

Ethan and Lilly

Ethan “Chaos” Watson has left the Navy and is now working for the Fallport, Virginia’s Search and Rescue team. A TV Show crew has come into town looking for Big Foot. They plan to traipse around the wooded area at night in search of Big Foot and someone is bound to get lost. Ethan's team goes to a town hall meeting so they can meet the crew and ask them to be careful. Ethan catches Lilly eye and he is attracted to her. Ethan and Lilly spend as much time as they can together. The crew goes out in the woods and in no time at all one of the cast members is missing. The Search and Rescue team is called in to look for the cast member. While they are search the director of the show decides it's time to leave and head out to their next sight for filming but he leaves Lilly behind to get the moment the cast member is found on tape. The team feels someone on the crew maybe involved in the disappearance of the cast member but they don't know who. Lilly is fired when she is unable to get the shot of the cast member being discovered. Another camera person is sent in to take her place. Lilly is not aware she is in grave danger, will Ethan be able to get to Lilly before it's too late?

Great romantic suspense

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Both protagonists were talented, smart and interesting throughput the story. I liked all the other characters too. I listened to it in one day and enjoyed every twist and turn to the end.

Great book

Of course the book was another good one by Susan. I gave it overall a 4 because the narrators were too old for the main characters. maybe next one will have more age appropriate narrators

Thrilled by this new beginning of the series!

Boy was I anxious for this new series and I not disappointed at all! This is an fantastic beginning! This is story is filled with not only amazing (cough HOT) guys but we also get introduced to a whole town full of characters. While I enjoy Ethan and his team Lilly stole the show! I was really impressed her more than once! She is real, smart, has a host of special skills and her wonderful Dad. I loved how she handled everything thrown at her with grace. Who else could win the hearts of a small town?

Overall this story had me hanging on tight! I was drawn by the characters, held by the suspense and floored by ending!

I did listen to this on audio. Grace Grant, Ryan West and Tim Paige all did a wonderful job. I look forward to more in this series!

Lost? Please send to the guys of SAR to find me.

5/5 stars all around. Perfect way to introduce new team to listeners. This story is about Ethan and Lily. We also get small glimpses into other members of the team. Will definitely listen to again. Although Tim Paige only has small parts for narration, I hope she does another book with him soon, his voice is perfection.
