Wonderful tool to improve german as 2nd language
Wunderbar! As an English speaker working on refreshing and improving my understanding of spoken German (studied for several years over a decade ago), this was an excellent beginner audiobook. Knowing the storyline of the book from the English version and the movies was perfect for helping me to understand and learn new words from context without having to look up every word I heard. I plan to continue through the series before expanding to more uncharted territories. The narrator did a wonderful job of acting out the characters and immersing the listener in the storyline.

Guter Vorleser, Übersetzung gut genug
Ich habe die Harry Potter Serie so lieb, und ich habe mich auf das deutsche Hörbuch sehr gefreut. Normalerweise bemerke ich eine Übersetzung nur, wenn sie besonders ungeschickt ist, also bin ich glücklich, dass diese Übersetzung kaum auffallend ist. Der Vorleser ist ein bisschen mild, und manchmal sind seine Stimmen schwer erkennbar, aber insgesamt ist dieses Hörbuch ganz schön.
