Publisher's Summary

What on Earth are the Voltarians up to now? Fast cars and fast women. Voltarian Royal Officer Jettero Heller is putting the pedal to the metal in a race against time—the fate of his top-secret mission hanging in the balance. Standing in his way are a couple of sadistic sweethearts named Miss Pinch and Candy—girls who are about to teach him a valuable lesson: sure, accelerator bullets and suicide car bombers are a pain, but in the end it’s love that really hurts.

Rate the Story, Not the Author's Beliefs

As with most of L Ron's Science Fiction, this one is amusing. The "science" is about as "real" as that found in Buck Rogers, but the story and characters are fun.

Don't let any preconceptions about outside issues prevent you from enjoying this satiric romp - that goes for the entire Mission Earth series, not just this one book.
