Becca and James don't date. Both are in their thirties and neither has found anyone they feel is potential spouse material. Becca attends a "We Hate Valentine's Day" party at a local bar where James is bartending. He knows from the first day they meet that Becca is someone special, but Becca's more cautious. James sets out to prove to Becca there really are happy-ever-afters.
Great narrator! A sweet romance blooms between two people who haven't had much luck in love. This was a fun short book to listen too with just the right amount of heat!

Turnaround by Cassandra Carr was a good book. I enjoyed reading Becca and James' journey to finding the right person for them. Becca attended a "We Hate Valentine's Day party that James was attending at. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more but cassandra Carr.
This was such a sweet story, from the beginning till the very end. There were some sexy times though, which were oh so HOT. I gotta say, I think I have found my next book boyfriend lol. It was nice listening to a softer, sweeter narration from Kai. I absolutely loved it.
What made the experience of listening to Turnaround the most enjoyable?
It was very heart warming.
Which character – as performed by Kai Kennicott – was your favorite?
I loved both Becca and James equally. I just loved the type of character James is. He works a second job to help his mom.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes and I did. In fact I've already listened to it again.

What I really love about this book as they took they time to really get to know each other prior to adding the physical aspect. A great build up of sexual tension that you know is leading to something much deeper in a relationship.
I really was disappointed when the story ended. I really wanted more of Becca and James.
This is a very sweet and heart warming story.
This was a sweet love story of a couple meeting at an anti-valentines day party. I liked the story line and the characters.
This is a heart warming story about two people finding a chance at love in the last place you would look. Becca and James meet each other at a party for those against love. Who would believe that the two would hit it off so well that they would want another chance to be together?
Their story takes them on a sweet journey to love. I enjoyed the way James and Becca each dealt with their emotions. Both are enjoying themselves but are nervous and we get to hear each of their thoughts and insecurities. It was nice to see love find its way with these two characters.
