What would have made True Love better?
I couldn't enjoy the story because the narrator was HORRIBLE! he spoke as if he was a beginning reader, often overstated/understating significant parts of the story.EXTREMELY difficult to enjoy

I wanted to give this author a try, but this will definitely be the only book. I tried but could not finish it.
The characters were absolutely clichee, sometimes the predictable descriptions made me cringe.
And the narrator made the whole thing even worse.

I was a little concern when I realized there will be twists, but it came together nicely with all the romance and sex I expect and love from her books.
This was one of the best books I've read in a long time. I couldn't put it down. The storyline was exquisite. I love this author.
I think this just might be my favorite book of the series so far. It had a great element of surprise and I even enjoyed the narrator. this was my first experience with an audio book and I loved it!
The story is pretty okay but the narration was disjointed in places taking away from the enjoyment.
Very enjoyable. The revenge plot was interesting, little slow starting but came into its own. Best part was the reveal of the parents. Nice surprise.
I always enjoy Brenda Jackson's story-telling and Pete Ohms brings them to life with his narration.
Would you try another book written by Brenda Jackson or narrated by Pete Ohms?
What was most disappointing about Brenda Jackson’s story?
It's hard to pin point one thing. The story was ok (ish) but the constant cringe worthy sex and the pace at which the characters fell in love to the point of marriage was unbelievable. The way the main male character spoke to his 'true love' actually made me flinch.
Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Pete Ohms?
A female reader would have been better
You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I was intrigued to hear how it finished
