I like this series more every book. Excited to see where it goes. Unique system and like and like able characters

Very interesting series

This book is a very good continuation of the series and introduces more elements and interesting characters as we get along.

The book spans a little more than a month but a lot happens that progresses the story. We meet old characters, side characters that suddenly get a bigger role and some, such as the students only get mentioned in passing, after all, it is the summer vacation.

The world and the plot expands and we get a glimpse of an even more complex plot. Can’t wait.

I am hungry for more and almost wish I hadn’t discovered the series until it was finished so I could binge it.

Ramon De Ocampo is a brilliant narrator with a wide spectre of voices for both male and female characters. He’s fast becoming one of my favourite narrators.

Great series!

Got into this series on a recommendation and loved it! This one was not as great as the others but I’ll give it a chance. Only issue I had was the narrator adding “though” at the end of a lot of sentences. I can’t stop hearing it now. But overall the narrator is good.

That was savage.

I wondered what the fallout would be from the last book, but this was so far from my expectations that I can't help but be impressed.

So for book 3 it was for the most part really great!! This book was a little more slice of life than progressive but still engaging. This part of the series was a lot of information that was both meaningful as well as a bit directionless at the same time. Simply put, it gave more character development than story development. My only complaint, and it’s a BIG ONE. The character Lee is completely insufferable and as book 7 is still being completed I am BEGGING Actus to please for the love of all things progression, MAKE HER LESS MORONIC!!! I mean seriously, a stomach with legs and no fricking brain AT ALL. She is ABSOLUTELY the Jar Jar Binks of the series. When she typically has lines, I want to stab myself in the eye. If the movies Dumb and Dummer and Clueless had a baby, it would be Lee. I could go on with these analogies for quite some time but I digress. Actus you stated that this series is potentially completing with 12-14 books. Given you are, by a wide margin, my favorite author, I implore you, going forward please educate Lee. All that being said, this book doesn’t fail to satisfy.
