sound bath in cold water

the droning/ringing noise was not my cup of tea, it was heard to hear the words, and I am not a fan of the breathing practice described. It didn't do it for me but it wasn't awful.

Starts with a tone, great for sleep

I thought for a little bit that it may be only a 'binaural' style meditation but then the woman gives an instruction on a breathing technique. Then, it's only the sounds. I liked it but it doesn't say it's over so, I kept doing the breathing. That's actually great for a couple of reasons: use this to fall asleep! Or, you can use it to meditate as long as you don't need to have a hard and fast time cut-off.

Relaxing

I play this to go to sleep, I find the starting tone to be very soothing. Puts me to sleep so easily. Not sure if ive even heard the entirety of it.
