Definitely helped me focus

Off the Chart Relaxing
I'm not a stressful guy, but this Theta Healing was smooth to my soul. Hard to describe unless you listen to it yourself, but it will take you to a very calm and healing place. So much of what lies deep within us is hidden. I found this to be well worth the time.

Only wish it were longer
Oh my goodness this is wonderful. My only complaint is it need to be about longer by 2 hours at least. This is beautiful to sleep to. I really know very little about music but will try to explain. The artist uses sounds that are deep and soothing without droning on or becoming irritating as some other musicians do. It literally lulls you into a deep state of relaxation whether for sleep or meditation.
I hope that Jonathan Schlegel has other equally good audio listens on audible. At this point I am a fan.

Works Great!
I have a hard time focusing on school without being distracted. I've tried listening to other kinds of "calming music" soundscapes and theta wave tracks on audible, but none have seemed to work for me until I found this one. Whenever I listen to this audiobook using headphones, I can focus on my work. It also helps me relieve stress from all my assignments. If your thinking about getting an audiobook for theta wave, this one is by far the best! Good stuff!
Only issue is at the 5 hour mark (I forget where exactly) there was a sound that distracted me. It wasn't that noticeable but I don't think it was that big of a deal. Besides that it is perfect!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh
Wow, love it!!! So soothing. I started it when I laid down to go to sleep, which I struggle with frequently as my mind sometimes goes 100 miles an hour. It’s hard to just turn things off. This helped remedy that. It put me right out! It’s now my “go to” soundscape.

I am able to focus
I'm not sure if it is the meditative quality of these sounds, but it works for me better than classical music or nature sounds etc. Very nice and keeps you very level headed. I to listen to this when I want to concentrate or meditate. Thank you.

new to me
I have to admit I am new to Theta Sounds. I listened while I was working from home and was planning to give it 15 or 20 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I realized I was still listening and hadn't lost focus on the work I was doing. Very encouraging.

Great music therapy book
I listened some musics to relax myself via youtube sometimes but cant find the great one like these sounds in this audiobook , You have to try! after listening I feel my brain starts to work properly again
