Excellent, highly recommend
John is one of my favorite Pastors to listen to and to learn from on both his radio shows and his books. I highly recommend this book in particular, it has given me great strength and wisdom through faith and continued understanding of scripture.

Love John MacArthur Heart for Gods Word
John writes in a way that speaks to my heart. When the word of God is used as John writes I get excited and my mind feels renewed. I love Maurice England as well. He has read so many books I feel as if he’s next to me as I listen.

Cast your cares upon Him. A scriptural documentation of all that you may need to find an abundance of peace. John MacAurthur has done a wonderful job of pulling all of this together for encouragement to the anxious and worrisome soul.

A Truth-In-Love Encouragement Against Being Anxious Book
This book discusses, through supporting evidences contained in the Holy Bible, why a Christian should not be anxious. It is authoritative and, oftentimes, is not a feel-good message, however it is truthful and impactful. Loved it. Will listen again!

the book is mighty and helped my anxiety when i discovered an affair that my wife was having. John uses the Full council of God to help me. I would recommend this book to anyone with anxiety.
