Where does Reiki Healing rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I have done a few Reiki healing sessions before, so I am a little familiar with the process. This session wasn't that long, only around 15-20 minutes, with the rest being very soothing music (I actually almost fell asleep listening to the soundtrack after the meditation ended). It was an overall very relaxing experience and I will be listening to it again several times.Any additional comments?
I found the melodies and nature sounds quite calming and they really helped me get in the mood for meditation. It can be difficult for me to relax, even in the morning before the day has even started. However, I was able to get ready for the meditative state while listening to the introduction. The meditation allows you to take your time, and never felt rushed in any way. Quite the opposite actually - I felt my mind saying "hurry up", and realized I was trying to rush through my own meditative state like a box on a checklist. I need to work on slowing down my mind. Not everything in life needs to happen as quickly as possible, and meditating like this helps me practice this notion.Felt a Difference after One Session
