Audiobook ideal for changing bad habits and stop..

It is amazing the work that Sarah Collins has done with this really useful audiobook. In it you will find practical exercises and a simple theory to understand, on how to lower (or reduce) anxiety and finally begin to live with serenity and with greater efficiency, without giving your time to negative thoughts. I really recommend listening to this audiobook!

Great Audiobook on how to reduce anxiety!

I accidentally found this wonderful audiobook by Sarah Collins, which really helped me to fight my anxiety. The attached PDF is useful because it provides exercises and tables for understanding what is being narrated. Sarah is a normal person (not a doctor) who has succeeded in creating a complete set of exercises that will help you change your wrong habits and fight negative thoughts. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed this audiobook

This audiobook is well written, full of actionable steps, good research and just enough personal commentary to be useful. Good thing this audiobook came out and this make me realize that being procrastinator is not that cool or good. You will go nowhere if you always procrastinate everything. Helpful auidobook indeed.
