If you are an overthinker like me, it’s time you invested in this audiobook. I didn’t feel alone anymore after listening intensely. Each chapter gave insight and advice for overthinkers. This book taught me different techniques and exercises, like yoga and meditation, to silence the unnecessary thoughts crowding and clouding my mind. I don’t feel like I’m some crazy nut job! I feel heard and seen for the first in a long time. My relationships with both family and friends are stronger and healthier. I greatly appreciate this audiobook and hope it can help someone else silence the overthinking.

There are a lot of good tips and this audiobook definitely opens up new perspectives for people who might not have thought of it in certain ways. I think the narrator had a clear, concise voice very appropriate for the topic at hand. Very good advice for people who might be overthinkers in general.

This was not just easy to listen to, but it was also helpful at every step. I've read a lot of books on relationships and find so many of them waste time on aspects that don't matter. This book had a very specific purpose and fulfilled it well. Highly recommend.
