Why two narrators?

Never understood two narrators being as both will perform all the characters anyway. It’s a really good book, but having two different narrators disrupts the flow.

Horrible 1st Narrator

This book should have 100% only been read by Abby Craden, her voice is like butter. I barely made it through the chapters with the other narrator, which is a damn shame. This book could have been off the charts! First time I’ve ever had had to give a low performance rating with Abby involved, but Abby can only save what she is in charge of!

The magic of the story

Abby Craden was amazing as always. I think Abby could have read it beautifully by herself but all in all, it was wonderful. Great story, Looking forward to more.

How realistic it is to unlikely people coming together

It was a very good story. I listen to it over and over the way City meets. Farm is good too. I really love it.

A ranch book is always good

Being a city gal, I always enjoy a ranch book with cowgirls…. This was well written with great MC. Narration was excellent.

Love in the Desert

It was a creative meet cute. The characters were so different but yet found a spark to ignite love between them. Abby Craden was a fabulous Frankie. This was my first time listening to Tessa Stavers. She was pretty good as Dakota.

I don't know when ranch style romances became a favorite of mine, but they're here to stay!

This one had a lot of what I enjoy - a damsel in distress, a cowgirl hero with a big heart for animals, big city vs. small town vibes, great chemistry, a super sweet romantic gesture in the end, and it was by Lise Gold, MadeleineTaylor! A swoon-worthy read!

This is a beautiful love story. The two author’s wrote beautifully descriptive scenes, making me feel like I was looking at the desert, the ranch, the casino, everything really! Dakota and Frankie had fantastic chemistry and the other characters, human and animal were delightful. There was a perfect amount of romance, with bits of drama and comedy thrown in to keep my interest. The sexy scenes were well written and very much appreciated! Tessa Stavers and Abby Craden were awesome as Dakota and Frankie!
