wonderful

This story is wonderful. It holds so many emotions and I expected nothing less from one of Lisa Gold's books. very much recommend.

Age Gap Romance

I enjoyed the plot and storyline, strong character arc. As always Abby Craden’s narrations is on point. What I found distracting is the duel narration. Two performers narrating the same character depending on POV chapter. Abby is a top tier performer, especially in this genre, the duel narration took away from the performance.

The Turning Tides of Us

An age-gap, enemies-to-lovers, toaster oven, late in life lesbian romance, set in the beautiful island of Mallorca.
Val and Evelyn meet by competing for a bid to build a luxurious resort in the area. These two could not be more opposite in anything they do. However, they're forced to work together and, of course, find that there's more to the other than they thought. Before you know it, neither of them can stop thinking of the other.

So many good things about this book, but I found the story relaxing. Maybe it was the setting, but it was pleasantly entertaing.
