Sweet Christmas Romance

Northern lights is a sweet Christmas Romance. Both main characters Kristine and Hannah are extremely likeable and relatable and the side characters are very distinct and at times hilarious. Set in snowy Norway backlit by the Aurora Borealis, you can't go wrong with this novella. Addison Barnes did a great job at the narration and had distinctive accents for the all the characters from different countries. I'm eagerly awaiting the sequel to continue Hannah and Kristine's love story.

Good book. Holiday romance is always nice!

The author did a great job with the characters. They had good chemistry and were fun to follow. The narrator did a phenomenal job with the characters voices and conveying emotions. Def a book recommended! I'm looking forward to the trilogy!

Short and sweet

This was a nice Christmas listen. Definitely left me wanting more, thankfully there is more to come. Very lovable characters and an excellent story, with beautiful imagery. The narration was fantastic.

The narrator needs a little work

As she wasn’t that great with certain parts of the story. She did do great on trying to give the characters a proper accent even if she didn’t truly now what to sound like. Overall very enjoyable and I will be listening to more

Love is magical

What a wonderful being to Hanna and Kristine’s love story. Christmas under the norther lights sounds beautiful. These women have a strong connection and are destined to be together. I’m glad their story continues in Southern Roots. Great narration too.

Cute story

I liked the story Addison Barnes did a very good job narrating it.
Looking forward to the second part.

Narrator constantly sounds like she’s asking a question

I could not listen to more than a chapter of her rambling. The story may be ok if you read it.

Cute Story!

This was such a cute read/listen! And it sounds like this was a teaser for a bigger series to come. Yay! I liked the story and the writing.
At first I just couldn't get into the narration. As she narrates I just couldn't get into her tone. It was too sleepy for me, but then when she did the voices for the characters she was quite good. So not terrible narration, but just wasn't my favorite narrator.

This is also my first book by this author. I will defintely be looking for other books by her.

Fell in Love

This beautifully written story is sweet and real. I fell in love with these two and those around them. I hadn’t read anything going into the book and it kept me fully wrapped.
