I love Theo and Jordan!

I’ve read and listened to quite a few Becca Steele books this week. Reckless is my now favorite. Theo and Jordan made me feel all the feels. Highly recommend.

This Audio was Sooo good! The British accents just made it!

I am truly in love with this series.

This book had 2 bi-awakening stories and the vulnerability just made it 👌🏼.

The way they both silenced each others madness and brought the calmness was so beautiful. So well written.

One of the best in this series!

"Reckless" seemed to me to have echoes of Steele's 5+ star hit (IMO) "Savage Rivals" but it was still different enough and great on it's own thanks in part to a different performer - Tom North instead of James Joseph. I love Will and James together so Tom is new to me and he took some time getting used to but I've decided that I liked his performance. I love that Theo and Jordan truly thought they hated each other in the beginning! I tend to dislike when it's so obvious that the characters are so obviously in love with each other before the 1st chapter is finished but are just going thru the motions to make it appear like an "enemies-to-lovers" romance...poor Reuben! 🙈 lol

This is the love and HEA that all sports boys deserve! I didn’t think anything would top the LSU series but I’m pretty sure Jordan and Theo just obliterated that theory. They take the cake. Love love love!!

What Happens On The Island…Stays On The Island…until it doesn’t.

So…I read ‘Offside Play’ before this book. Jordan and Theo play a significant role in ‘Offside Play’ so I had to backtrack and read their story.

And what a tale it is!

What happens on the 🏝️ island, stays on the island…until it doesn’t.

Theo and Jordan have been rivals since they were 13 years old. Now that both are in the Premier League, the rivalry has only worsened, to the point that their agents and coach send them to an elite island rehab to work out their issues and get therapy for their hatred of one another.

What ensues is an unforeseen romance of epic proportion. One they claim will end once rehab is over and they are back on their home turf and beginning a new season with their football club.

Easier. Said. Than. Done.

Both MCs are endearing and easy to love and get behind. Their team supports them as well when their relationship is outed via social media.

Some of their internal issues and struggles are heartbreaking. Their journey to loving one another is endearing. Both are ‘straight’ yet they develop an attraction and attachment to one another whilst in rehab.

The audiobook is excellent and I highly recommend it!
