Great story of a UFC pioneer

Didn't really care for the narrator and wish Bisping would have went more in depth of his struggles growing up. Quite a bit of "fast forwarding" and might have used the word "literally" a bit too much 😉

I so enjoyed getting into the mind of a champion.
Behind the scenes look at the whole process.
I recommend this book to every MMA & combat sports fan.
Also to those who desire to see what it takes to be Great!

Great MMA Book!!

I really enjoyed Bisping's book. Before listening to this I listened to Dan Henderson's book which was great too. This book talked more about thier heated rivalry. Initially I didn't like Bisping but now understand a lot of him on TV is just the gimmick
