As astounding as ever
This is a book, but I would recommend anything of history. A story of love, lost and lost found, battles, won and lost, and a beautiful tale we used in multiple stories. Truly one of the greatest times of our generation, and Conn Iggulden proceeds to achieve his goals as perfect as ever.

Another Gem
As usual, Conn Iggulden is a master of historical fiction. He paints the picture in your mind. I seem to be right there along with the characters. It also helps to have an exceptional narrator such as Mr. Blagden.

Historical fiction at it's best
I've recently discovered this author and so far I have enjoyed everything that I've listened to. The reader gives an excellent performance, and draws the listener into the narrative.
