Love this author!
Glad the author read this book himself, it definitely increased the authenticity. This book was full of treasures especially for those intrested in a career in real estate. But the content around helping people being the focus is relevant for any industry. Relationships over transactions!

Love this guys heart to serve!
I been following Ricky for a while and recommending him to new agents and friends who are getting started in the business. There are a lot of people who just talk about transactions, but Ricky and the people who build relationships find the treasure of true success in the real estate life. Solid book. Great advice
I like this kid. He is generous and open in his advice and has a service oriented mentality. He's also been super succeful in real estate so his advise is coming from a strong position, yet he is a humble guy. The type you'd probably be buddies with. Worthwhile listen.
