Publisher's summary

"Wait. Do you mean to tell me that I’m pregnant with freaking twins the day after I lost my freaking virginity? Or am I totally misunderstanding this conversation?"

“No, Luke. You're actually expecting triplets”, she informed him happily.

I barely caught Luke before his head hit the floor as he fainted.

When orphaned omega Luke wakes up from a coma after being struck by a car, the last person he expects to see at his bedside is uptight pack leader Daniel. Daniel is not only an alpha, but he is actually claiming to be Luke's alpha! Can Luke trust this claim with his sense of smell suddenly gone and his wolf not responding?

Daniel knows that Luke is his mate...if the stubborn omega won't take him at his word, then he will just have to romance the heck out of him until he does! Daniel is skilled at planning, but does he have the skills to plan his way into convincing his omega to accept Daniel as his fated mate?

This is the fifth book of the Northern Lodge Pack series. Every book is about 30,000 words and guaranteed to have an HEA. You can listen to them on their own, but it's advised to listen to them in order for maximum appreciation. 18+ listeners only please! And yes, this book contains M/PREG, knotting, adults doing lots of sexy naughty things to each other, and the more than occasional use of potty-mouth language.

Sweet seduction

I love how Daniel gets all romantic and has to seduce Luke outside the normal scenting and how they just don’t automatically mate like so many others. I love how they get to know each other and how they spend time together. Such a sweet seduction to watch. The narrator does a good job in giving these two a voice and bringing them to life.

great listen!

We finally get Luke. He is grown up enough to get his own story. Daniel is just adorable doing his best to get Luke to want to date.
John Solo is a wonderful narrator. He is new to me. I am so impressed with the things he can do with his voice.

Can Luke trust his heart?

Luke and Daniel are fated mates, right? He’s told they are, but without a sense of smell who’s to say for sure? Not Luke. So Daniel commences a “romance his omega” campaign. Be ready for a sugar coma. Light, fluffy and sweet, this is a fun listen with no angst. It’s a great addition to the Northern Lodge series, contains mpreg and more adorable pups than adults I think! No complaints here, I adore mpreg that actually shows the family‘s lives. It’s what makes this series a winner for me.

So so sweet

As expected from Susi Hawke this was a sweet and happy story. I love how we get not only the main characters but all the supporting characters are right there so its more like one big continuous tale. John Solo did a great job with the narration and getting all the different voices, I felt like at times there was really more than one narrator. It was a bit stiff at times with some of the characters but overall a good quick listen.

Have you tried Mpreg yet? If not, try this series

Daniel is such an organized wolf, keeping the pack together. Luke is young and smells like lemon drops. I love the idea that a fated mate smells like something that you adore which allows you to find them. Bravery, adventure and sexiness abound in this book. I've already listened to it twice!

Romantically Sweet!

I am so happy that finally the young omegas are growing up and finding mates. So I love how Daniel seduces Luke. And of course John Solo does amazing job bring these characters to life. I always love that he has very distinct voices for each of the characters. He also made a already sweet story even more sweeter.

A Sweet Story

This is the fifth book in The Northern Lodge Pack Series. This is for the audiobook version. This was a sweet book the writing was good. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters delightful. The characters were developed and thought out. Daniel is an Alpha and Luke is an Omega and they are the MC’s of this book and mates. There was humor, wolves, family and friends, shifters, roses, an accident, injuries, a plan and so much more in this book.

Here is a quote from the book, “Please, honey. I’ll slay dragons for you. I’d even hunt down dinner and kill it with my bare hands, just please don’t ask me to move again for a week. Maybe a month. Definitely not longer than a year.” “…, did I get an old man for a mate?” I teased.”. There is more but you will need to read the book which I can recommend as a good listen.

Although the narrators voice didn’t work for me. Unfortunately, I am very picky about voices. His voice did work for the story however. He did a good job narrating. He wasn’t monotone, and each character had their own voice. These are the 2 most important things for a narrator to do. So overall it was well done. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

Great story

I loved this story!! I really liked that the mating between Luke and Daniel didn’t happen right away. That there was some build up! Great narration as always by John Solo !!!
