Publisher's Summary

So, it turns out Titan power is pretty awesome. Only I can’t control my new gift and that’s not only embarrassing but also dangerous.

And I’m sure our new professor is one of the two demons I accidentally let loose in Olympus. Icarus says we should lay low for a while but every time Professor Neos flashed me those red eyes I want to challenge him.

And when students start collapsing to the ground with their souls stolen, I don’t have a choice but to act.

Olympus Academy: The Demon Demigod is the second book in the Olympus Academy series. Expect epic magic, lethal demons, fierce friendships, budding romance, a few twists and turns, and even flying ships!

Enjoyable YA/Teen series

Honestly I wished I listened to this book right after finishing the first book. That’s the big downside of not listening to a series back to back. I was a little lost and didn’t start remembering the plot theme of the first book until about 2 hours in. Some books in a series there is a little bit of a recap of major events in the previous book to help jog the listeners memory which I never appreciated until now. It’s too bad because I remember I liked the first book but unfortunately this one fell a little short for me only because I was a bit lost in the beginning which made the story drag a little for me. Otherwise the narration was really good and as for a YA/Teen series this is one I would totally recommend.

Enjoyable Listen

I loved listening to this 2nd book I can't wait to listen to the 3rd book. This book delves deeper into the
dynamic between the Olympians and Titans and the adventure isn't over. I adored each character's different abilities and the dialogue between the main characters. Zally and the turtle family are still my favorite. The narrator's voice for Zally is just pure magic to me.

I think it was even better then the first book. Enjoyed learning more about Pandora’s powers. Pandora and her gang try to solve the mystery of the demons let out of the locked box. I couldn’t stop listening

A good follow up

I received a copy of this audiobook for a fair review. The Demon Demigod is an interesting story that does well following up on the first book. Although the first book presents the initial introductions and development of relationships to the main characters, this follow-up book does really well to expand on that. There is more action and situations that leave you asking "what's going to happen next?" in this one. Kathleen Li does a great job of narrating the story and helping to bring the characters to life.

It is one that is geared towards adolescents and teens. After screening both the first book and this one, I let my teenage niece listen to them and she fell in love with both books and the characters. Her favorite character is Icarus because of his "brooding nature". She has also recently taken an interest in Greek mythology, which beats an interest of Facebook and Twitter any day!

Give this book a try. If you have any doubts that you'll like it, you'll change that after listening to it.

The Demon Demigod...

Dora’s powers have blossomed since opening the legendary box. Unfortunately the demons that were released can only lead to trouble. Can Dora and her friends get control of the situation before someone loses their life?

Eliza Raine continues to impress with this action packed and entertaining story. I’m looking forward to the next book!

Another entertaining performance by Kathleen Li. I hope that we’ll see her back for the next book.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Demon Demigod

We start off a bit after the first in the series and we start off running again. Searching for an escaped demon is very difficult and the build up to catching it is so fun to listen to. We once again get left with a kind of cliffhanger (as you would assume until all the demons are caught again) and leaving you wanting for more.

Let the big titian story continue

Book 2 in the series. The story continues where the first one left off . The author again wrote a strong story , with lots of imagination. Pandora the hero is half human and half Titan , she’s at an academy trying to learn what her background is , from her mothers side . In this one you get to see more of Icarus
Pandora is still learning what all her powers are and what she can do , when she lets out into the world some energy that is evil beings . She needs to learn how to reign them in , with help from her classmates. As exams are coming up quickly they need to move quickly to destroy the demons. Do they trust their teacher that has glowing red eyes . Grab it and see what Pandora does to make up for her mistake. Grab it and see . It ends on a cliffhanger.

Kathleen Li performance was great. Her voice is very smooth, strong and clear

Olympus Academy

I would recommend you read book one before this, the characters find things about themselves and others in the first book. The second book carries on from there.
I absoulately loved this book which is saying something since I am not really into mythology which this has in spades.
Would highly recommend.
Suitable for all. I don't remember there being any profanity. There is some mild violence and no sexual content.
