Publisher's Summary

Sylvia Browne showed us how to get in touch with departed loved ones in The Other Side and Back and Life on The Other Side. In Visits from the Afterlife, Browne journeys even deeper into The Other Side. With her trademark sixth sense, detailing stirring true encounters, she describes visitations with ghosts, in-transition spirits, and other troubled souls seeking peace and closure. She travels to locations as diverse as haunted homes and ships possessed by the otherworldly forces who walk their deserted decks. Through these spiritual visits, she explains the reasons behind many of the world's most bizarre and mysterious hauntings. And she shares her own personal, face-to-face experiences with these inexplicable phenomena.

From surprising revelations about the spirit world to moving reunions with those who have moved on, Visits from the Afterlife once again illustrates spirits' profound and eternal influence on our earthly lives.

You'll Listen Multiple Times!

I've already gone back and listened to this one a couple of times! This has been one of Sylvia's best audible books! Having someone else narrate was a good move on Sylvia's part. I highly recommend this one to anyone that believes in the spirit visits as well as anyone that "wants" to believe!

Simply AMAZING!

Would you consider the audio edition of Visits from the Afterlife to be better than the print version?

Yes, it gives you more of an imagination.

What did you like best about this story?

The truth you can hear in her words.

Which scene was your favorite?

ALL OF IT.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes!

Any additional comments?

I have read/listened to most of Sylvia's books. She is amazing and liberating! I love her every thought and I hang on her every word. She speaks from the heart. She heals my mind, body, and soul. I will definitely re-listen and re-read all of her books. Highly recommended; Even if you are a skeptic.

Another great read by Sylvia Browne

I am an animal lover and a huge Sylvia Browne fan. This book is great I love the stories she shares and her witty take on it all. This book is great for anyone who loves animals you need not be a fan of the author to appreciate this book.

Inspirational

Very interesting. Couldn't stop listening to it. Highly recommend it. The narrator has a pleasant voice and very expressive. Sylvia Brown has been a blessing to so many people.

Enjoyable

Thank goodness the author used a narrator this time instead of her own unfortunately gruff, scratchy voice. I enjoyed the stories included in the book; however, I just was disappointed that she didn't include more of her own encounters with ghosts than other people's accounts. Still a very enjoyable read, though, and I liked the narrator's voice.

Sylvia's books are chock full of information

I used to give Sylvia's books 4 stars, reduced from 5 because I felt she used too many words to make her point, that she was a little too descriptive. all though that hasn't changed she rates s full 5 with me now because her books are so chock full of information I find myself reading or listening to them over and over and over. I highly recommend these books for anyone trying to find their way. God bless Sylvia and my mom for recommending her.

I love it! I wish it would have been longer.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely! I told a few of my friends about this book because she explains the afterlife so well, in a way you can relate to, without fear.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Visits from the Afterlife?

Her moments with the singers really struck a "chord" with me! Amazing! Also, her encounter with Marilyn Monroe.

What does Jeanie Hackett bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I feel the voice adds so much more to the story, therefore by simply reading a book, you miss a lot of the inflections that add to the feel of the story.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When she spoke to John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix!

Any additional comments?

Great book! I would love to listen to more from her.

True Fan

I am a true Sylvia Browne fan; as far as I'm concerned, she can do no wrong. I love the information that is provided in her books, although this is not the best book by her, I still loved it. One thing I wish was different would be for Sylvia to have narrated it herself...the last book by her I listened to, she narrated it, and it was a nice personal touch.

Hear what you want to hear....

I got this book because I was looking for an answer, and that is what I found. Listen to this book if you want to believe, forget this book if you are looking for the truth. This quirky book led me to investigate the author. Now I know that I had been had. The book is entertaining, but should be re-classified as fiction.
