Publisher's summary

The three final books leading up to the big event in Noir, complete, out of the Shadows, are in one volume. Beginning with Chicago Noir, Marla McDonnell was a private eye in 1954, but that was not her most difficult challenge. She is also a woman of color. And she must face down the one that murdered her partner and find out why every mobster in town is being systematically bumped off.
Then 1954 Noir, Set in the world of Tim Simpson's Noir series, this gritty post-WW2 audiobook. See Sgt. Kind called into duty to hunt down an escaped Adolf Hitler who had settled on an island and formed a new army to unleash in the world.

And finally, New York Pulp, This book does fall into the same universe as my other series of books I call the Noir series. You can read or hear about the gritty world of detectives, reporters, and gangsters in those books. Well, that world also exists here, except you have men and women willing to work outside the law on both sides to get a job done. Whereas the other books focus on the Detectives mentioned above' private and otherwise, the focus is more on the ones that hide who they are. They sometimes wear disguises to conceal their identities and avoid arrest or retaliation from the underworld.
Growing up, I loved the pulp heroes such as the Shadow, Miss Fury, Black Bat, and many others. This book is written in that tradition. You will find characters that you may have met in the noir series, and that is because it is one universe, just a different city and focus. So, please sit back, relax, and let the pulp world take you away from your reality and place you in mine.
