the techniques are really useful

the techniques are really useful and work really well if you have a good imagination in the sense of remembering memories and being able to picture them well. The only downside to this is the guy speaking, has one of those voices that kinda put you to sleep.

This is a very useful book

In the many exercises, practical step-by-step guidance is provided, so that the reader can get a feel for various techniques, even without a coach.

Very clear and succinct

Great book on Manipulation and Mind Control, Including Tips on Dark Human Psychology. Hypnosis, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has given me the confidence to start my journey in reaching my goals and convincing others that my decisions matter.

In all, a very good read for any reader who is drawn to the subject. Among the books that I have read about introducing NLP to readers in general, I think this is the most well written.
