The book that would not end!

I feel like I have been listening to this book for a year now! It is far too long with far too many people and complications. I finally gave up about Chapter 17 or 18 and skipped to the end. I just couldn't listen to any more bad stuff happening to that poor woman!

Awful

One of the worst books i have listened to no plot development . Terrible narration. Just a bunch of events and tons of characters that just really don't add up . Hated this one . I cannot recommend it .

GREAT..BEST OF BALDACI

Loved it@!!!! Good switching offbeat plot with realistic characters, but a bit of a stretch on Loyalty of FBI AGENTS.

TERRIBLE NARRATION!!

What disappointed you about Total Control?

The Narrator made it impossible to concentrate on the actual story.

Would you ever listen to anything by David Baldacci again?

Yes, just not by this narrator.

Would you be willing to try another one of Jonathan Marosz’s performances?

Absolutely NOT!! I'm sorry, but his voice was not made for audio books.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment. I love David Balducci, but I just could not for the life of me get past the terrible narration.

Not as good as usual.

Not up to his usual excellence; maybe because it was still early in his career. Too many plot holes and inconsistencies, even at the climactic scene in the bluffs.

With a different narrator, would have been 5 stars

I did not care for the narrator but the story was amazing!

Being a Ballacci fan caused me to buy this and I'm so glad i did!

I am so hoping these two will have more stories written about them. The female lead and the male FBI agent blended so well. I can see a great book coming out of their follow up story.
Thank you, enjoyed it so much!
