Story
Allison and James Price move to the navy-blue forests of Concordia, Idaho, hoping to leave behind the chaos of Los Angeles and the painful memories of his indiscretions. Once settled in the picturesque town, where time seems to have stalled and life moves at a slower pace, their six-year-old daughter, Reagan, befriends a mysterious young girl who seems too idyllic to be true with her pressed pinafores and perfectly curled pigtails. One late autumn evening, as their playdate winds down, both girls vanish into thin air.

Three murders in three separate jurisdictions in central New York State have the same pattern: women killed by fatal headshots from a hunting rifle. The media call him “The Park Killer.” But Kelly doesn’t think the killer lurks in the bushes. She thinks he hunts his victims somewhere else.

Betsy Reavley writes some seriously sick s stuff...
GREAT STUFF TOO...this book is creeepy. Just in time for Halloween creepiness, it’s also well written and perfectly narrated.
Warning: there is a graphic description of animal torture and killing you may want to skip through. You will see it coming. I didn’t skip because I didn’t want to kiss anything. Now I can’t sleep. Just a heads up...if you’re sensitive to animal cruelty skip it.
Great book . A+++++
