Bizarre Story

Bizarre story. Will not read/listen to again.
Hugh Fraser's performance was flawless (as always).

This story could be speaking of today.

A.C. tale is the story of the world today. Destruction of countries around the world. Anarchy and heat destroying with out thought of rebuilding.

Don't bother.

Read the other reviews. Confusing, boring, total waste of time.

I like her other work. Not this. So, don't bother

Not one of Christie's Best

I am one of Agatha Christie's biggest fans and have read just about all of her books. Passenger to Frankfurt did not live up to Christie's other novels. I would not recommend this book, as it was slow and fairly boring, and even after listening to it, I'm not really sure what happened because there was so little that actually grabbed my attention. Ending this review on a positive note- Hugh Fraser is one of the best Christie narrators in my opinion and always does a good job even when the content is dry.

Divergent

This book is not the usual mystery Christie excels at writing. The plot centers more or less on how ideas or political/philosophical ideologies have always been part of mankind's history across all cultures . Nonetheless, it is quite clever and engaging to read.

Not her best

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I really wouldn't recommend this book to anyone except those of us who are die-hard Agatha Christie fans.

What was most disappointing about Agatha Christie’s story?

The plot was too loose. She tried to do too much, and she lost something by trying to incorporate more characters than what she needed.

What does Hugh Fraser bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I'm not sure. I really enjoyed listening to him, though.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

No

Any additional comments?

No
