I love Lord Peter Whimsey so I bought this book. I forced myself to listen as long as I could but for me this narrator is terrible. I got a version with a different narrator and it made all of the difference. I’m still bummed I wasted a credit on this version.

Brilliant story, brilliant . The narrative voice had perfect . The voices ability to persuade resulted in a successful narration pitch register, emphasis, and timber narration

The story was excellently contrived. Lots of fun dialogue and verbal introspection. All three novels quite different and quite enjoyable.

I couldn’t finish this one. I don’t know if it’s because of the reader’s delivery or the story, but it often faded into the background and I’d realize I’d missed a fair amount of what had just played.
