Very cute story

Very cute teenage kinda love story with powerful themes and characters. My favorite character is by far Cameron.

Really cute!

This was a really cute story and I loved it! I kept smiling all the way through, fell in love with the characters immediately! My favorite moment isn't rlly apart of the story but it when the pov changed from “Cam” to “Cameron” love that part. (I'm not spoiling, you'll get it if you read)

A good twist

This is the first gay romance I've listened to with this particular take on the trope of growing up together and falling in love with your best friend. Both Mason and Cameron had been through the wringer, and there were plenty of hard parts to listen to, but I think the story was wrapped up nicely. I also appreciate the approach that Woody took of nonchalant acceptance of queer people. this wasn't yet another coming out story, but it was a unique coming of age one. Definitely going to keep an eye out for more works by her. Narration was great too! It took a bit to get used to the different narrators, but after a while I couldn't wait for the chapter switches to hear more of each.
