Former Calm User Loves It
I loved Calm. I used it everyday for 3 years. It got me into meditation so after 3 years I started exploring other meditation avenues. Headspace and Wake Up did not resonate with me and then I found this on Audible. It’s perfect for the stage I am at in my practice. I love that there are movement options and you don’t have to sit each day. I love that there are some unconventional approaches (beating your chest like a gorilla to feel empowered) that work very well.

Best Guided Meditation
Jeremy’s voice is calm and soothing. He walks you through meditations that are effortless to fall into. I would recommend this to beginners and seasoned meditators alike.

Great for the Most Part
There was a couple of meditations that I didn't like, but for the most part it was pretty amazing. There are even some meditation for specific things I like moving into a new space or if you're about to have a procedure
