A quick and inspiring to listen!

This is a great book for beginners, or for tuning

Someday I’ll know who I want to be when I grow up. When that happens, this book will be the next step. Seriously - great book. I’m lost, but nowhere near as lost as I was before I started listening this.

I highly recommend this book to all of you guys.

The book is my entry point into mindfulness, a concept quite unique in itself. The style is not fast, as it aims to express new concepts in details and with all their nuances, so it requires some focus and effort, but totally worth it. listening it is the first exercise of mindfulness.
