Great guide for beginners

I really enjoyed this audiobook. It's a great guide for beginners full of good information with inspiring stoic quotes peppered throughout. It's easy to follow and understand. I found myself taking tons of notes and going back and listening to some parts again. I have read books on Stoicism before but this one really stands out. I highly recommend it.

I love the idea of stoicism, and I find myself naturally agreeing with much of what is said. It's hard for me when people around me don't see simple truths like what's laid out in the book, but once I get frustrated I remember that that's not something I can control. It's hard to hold to, for sure.
