highly recommended

I have a friend who has some suicidal tendencies after her mom died and after listening to this piece, I believe this can greatly help her. This has covered it all and has answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

This is convincing.

You will be amazed at how even the shortest exercise can mean so much. It is with this convincing book that I came to know the real meaning and value of mindfulness. I sued to think it’s merely a spiritual fad. Turns out, there’s more to it than we deem it is.

THis is not something to be taken lightly.

The moment I heard this book it seems like tranquility reign over me and I can’t remember when the last time I felt that it. This book came unexpectedly and right now, I feel like this is really for me. It reminded me that mindfulness is something that must not be taken for granted.

So cool!

I was skeptical at first. But after finishing this book, I’m convinced that I have already started following the reasonable suggestions. This almost 2 hour read is worth listening to. I started making it a point to listen to it before leaving my bed and facing another day. So cool!
