There is a pdf that provides photos if you are not familiar with yoga but the author's instructions are pretty clear...so if you have a little yoga knowledge you should be able to follow along without any trouble. The author's voice is calming and I REALLY appreciated that each session was less than ten minutes...so even the busiest person can fit it in their day.
Regardless of whether you are an entrepreneur, anxious or need some self-care right now (who doesn't?!) I definitely recommend that you try this book. You don't need a lot of time, co-ordination or equipment but it will help you to destress.

It reminds me about my time practicing yoga few years ago and I want to go back to do again. I like the way it says like no need to be perfect post with yoga we just have to know it and how to apply. The part that western people see yoga same as work out but actually its different is true. Anyway the book makes me find the way to have harmony and give me a lot understanding about yoga and body.

I got this book after several months into the covid pandemic, anxiously tracking the progress of my small business. It's been so wild trying to juggle everything on top of all the stress in the world. I'm so glad I saw this book, because it came at the right time. The author's focus on using yoga as a habit, not just a method, to balance your mind and body is phenomenal.
Her voice through all the yoga postures is soothing, assertive, and visual. I can follow along extremely well. Her words are reassuring towards my life and business goals. She always gently encourages.
Already I feel calmer, more in control, and less anxious about the goals I want to accomplish. Thank you for this book!

I'm both an entrepreneur and artist. I dream big which can be overwhelming. I manage that stress by trying to build healthy habits. As advertised, the book effectively demonstrates a connection between habit building and yoga. It provides the background to construct a proper mental framing for the practice which feels necessary in order to maximize its effectiveness. It's both really informative and encouraging. The short time length of each day's instructions made it really easy to do on a quick break.
If you think this book might be for you, you won't be disappointed.

As an early entrepreneur who is trying to find a way to make enough money to quit my job, I am faced with a lot of anxiety and stress. I can often be found "burning the midnight oil", as they say.
As such, I decided to start meditating... but I found that meditating just wasn't doing it for me. So I decided to look for a more wholistic solution.
That's when I found this book. Oh my gosh... what a game changer. It's exactly what I was looking for.
The first portion was all about why you need Yoga paired with meditation as a keystone habit.
The second half is a guided yoga/meditation practice. just 5 or 6 minutes a day.
Let me tell you, I was a skeptic, but I'm not anymore.
First off, I love the explanation.
Secondly, I love that these meditations can be done in 5 or 6 minutes a day. it really made me think "Surely I can fit that in somewhere!"
Third, Christal's voice is amazingly soothing. I loved listening to her guide me through these yoga practices. Not to mention my body feels so much better and my attitude is just so much more... positive??
Anyway, I'm about to go through my second round (Christal teaches you to do it yourself, without her, but what can I say? I like learning from experts and I'm not done learning yet) and I'm excited to see what more this book can do for my productivity as well as my body.
If you're stressed, I cannot recommend this book enough. just try it. you won't regret it.

remember it’s called a practice and we all have to be consistent within reality and just doing the work with a little help from a guide is very helpful,
Having goals is great but no need to over do it when it comes to creating balance and peace of mind so for me letting consistency be the over lining goal was what I needed and this book helped me do that
