it took a bit to get into the book. but not long, the performance of the voice actor improved from the first book. I loved the plot of the first one and now the 2nd one but WHY JESS!?!?!?!? WHY???!! MERCY NO!!!!! I need the 3rd book please!!!

Great Storytelling
This series has become a favorite. The writing and storytelling draws you in. The voice of the nartorator is easy to listen to and his accent and vocal range is spot on. I appreciate the LGBTQ+ representation as well has the portrayal of people with physical challenges.
This book is very impressive as it is the authors sophomore novel. The story is tight and it glows perfectly.
I sppreciate the short chapters which makes it perfect for listening before bed, by the pool, or in the car.
Hands down great storytelling.
