Actionable immediately

This is great!!! gives you wonderful reasoning for the health benefits of this lifestyle and makes it easy and simple for you to embark on adopting it. it breaks down different food groups, what benefits certain foods have, and ways to use them in daily meal planning. I highly recommend this book, its really thorough and comprehensive for adopting this lifestyle. great recipes and meal plans included!

A Wealth of Diet Secrets

Meditteranean Diet Secrets was full of valuable information on not only dieting but how to diet properly and incorporate better choices and why. It goes over many reasons why we should reconsider what we're eating. Eating healthy helps with inflammation, helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and keeps your heart healthy. Of all the diets out there, I think the Mediterranean Diet is the best. It's basically eating what the people living around the Mediterranean (France, Italy, and Greece) eat. Eating fresh fruits and veggies, especially tomatoes and olive oil along with drinking plenty of water is the main point along with moderation. This book gives you a way to combine the Keto diet with the Mediterranean diet at first. it is possible and it's explained here. Also included is a two week diet plan with 70 excellent recipes with a large variety of good foods. You can't go wrong with this.

This audiobook was much more than just a diet book. It was an enjoyable listen. It was very well written by Lisa Scott and it held my interest throughout. This was a gem of an audiobook and definitely worth it.

Deborah Fennelly did an outstanding job narrating this book. She sounded as if she was talking to you. She was easy to listen to and the recipes were easily explained.

Secrets

I am surprised to find how easy and delicious. It's time for a change and I am looking forward to it. Had no idea a diet could have so much flavor. Tested a couple of the recipes and to my pleasant surprise, I love them. Doesn't feel like a diet! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Going to get a copy in print as well. Thank you!!!
