Music way too loud

I really wanted to love this audiobook. However, I find the music very annoying, but it’s also very loud. I can hardly hear the Narrator. It’s a shame, because if the same music was playing very softly in the background, I’d probably be able to put up with it. Also, while I like the narrators voice, I wish it were softer and more soothing.

Worth the listen

THIS is an EXCELLENT book! I have already easily begun to start mini habits even before I finished the book! I will keep this book handy to follow these meditation for weight loss. I would recommend this book..well worth the listen.

This is one of the best fasting guide i have ever listened. This book has a lot of useful information for beginner. I have got here meal plan for fasting and for non fasting days. Guidance will lead you toward rapid weight loss.

This book was recommended in an article that I was reading. Started the fasting program and it is working! The info on the benefits of fasting is nothing new, but how he explains this type of fasting that you can easily apply it to your life is great.

The health and fasting information in this book is very good and very complete.This is an extraordinary book on the subject of weight reduction. Everything, tips and aides that I have to think about how to get fitter adequately and quick are as of now included and elegantly composed inside.

Helped me a lot!

I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This audiobook is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this audiobook helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones.

Got improvement!

I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss.

A serious attempt at weight loss

I have been listening to recordings for over two weeks now, since beginning a serious attempt at weight loss. From the first morning after hearing, I have found that food cravings are gone and maintaining my diet is practically effortless. This is a well explained

This is a well explained piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster
