Excellent book. this book and think that fasting is a good way to ‘cleanse’ and get healthy the right way. I sense the need for discipline whenever I get into the fasting habit and see that it’s slowly beginning to work in my life as well. Highly recommend this book.

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss.

Have never added to a comment before. This I feel is important. I learned how mindlessly I was eating. Now I appreciate what I eat. Sit at the table and enjoy the meal. Those two things alone are changing my life. I listen to the audio when I go to bed and do so on a regular basis as old habits are hard to break. I can honestly say if you do what he says, it does work.
