This repack of Randy Alcorn's gripping best seller delivers us from ignorance of the devil's schemes.

Foulgrin, a high-ranking demon, instructs his subordinate on how to deceive and destroy Jordan Fletcher and his family. It's like placing a bugging device in hell's war room, where we overhear our enemies assessing our weaknesses and strategizing attack. Lord Foulgrin's Letters is a Screwtape Letters for our day, equally fascinating yet distinctly different - a dramatic story with earthly characters, setting, and plot. A creative, insightful, and biblical depiction of spiritual warfare, this book will guide listeners to Christ-honoring counterstrategies for putting on the full armor of God and resisting the devil.

Alcorn says to win the battle, we must know our God, know ourselves, and know our enemy. Lord Foulgrin's Letters, in unparalleled and compelling fashion, helps us better know each.

Exceptionally well done! This is the 2nd book by Randy Alcorn I have listen to. I have two more lined up.

CS Lewis Would Be Proud.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis, but didn't think anyone had followed up to write another book like it. Imagine my surprise to find this book! And imagine my joy that the book was exceptional!

The premise is the same, but the book has been updated in its approach to showcase modern issues and modern problems. It also goes back and forth between the mentor's letters and the actual events in the human's (and his family's) life. I didn't think I would like it at first, but within a few pages, it turns out that the book works very well like that.

No spoilers, but if you enjoyed Screwtape, you will enjoy this book.

Evil is always at work. You must put on your armor every day without fail.

Wish I'd read it long ago. Don't wait!

Well done remake of Screwtape Letters. At first I wasn’t sure I’d like it as CS Lewis already did this. But, like the remake of an old favorite e, it can still be done well and enjoyed.
