Story
The familiar reality is the physical one-percent material realm in which we live, yet there is another dimension the world beyond our five senses. According to Kabbalah, this is called the 99-percent realm. Everything we truly desire: love, joy, peace of mind, freedom, inspiration, and answers are available when we connect to the 99-percent reality. The problem is that most of us have inadvertently disconnected ourselves from this dimension. Imagine if we could access this source at will, and on a continuing basis. This is the power of Kabbalah.

Publisher's summary
Why are we here? Were we born to strive just to make sure the bills are paid, take the occasional vacation, and then retire for a few short years to enjoy life at the end? Is this what it means to truly live?
If what we do in life is motivated solely by our survival, then we only have a job. But, if what we do is directly tied to how we best love and serve others, then we are moving in our life's true purpose. No one is born to merely have a job. However, we were born to work.
Living for a Living explores why the essence of Jesus's message to the world has everything to do with breaking us out of the enslaving mindset of lack and stepping into the liberating economy of love and service...and there is a place in it just for you. Let this book serve as your invitation into this new world where living for a living isn't the exception, it's the rule.

Story
In his acclaimed books, renowned writer, speaker, and philosophy professor Dallas Willard explored the nature of Christian life in God's Kingdom. Yet one topic remained undisclosed: Willard's understanding of heaven and eternal life. In the months before his death, Willard engaged in moving and insightful conversations about the meaning of life and the life to come with close friend and theologian Gary Black, Jr. These inspiring dialogues were steeped in biblical theology as well as practical wisdom grounded in the here-and-now.

HOOKED ME IN...
Right from the beginning Jamal has a way of just calling you in to his story and really being himself adds an extra layer of interest and somebody who is relatable. There were so many times in this book that I felt like I had lived part of Jamal‘s life and by having that relation with Jamal and his character was allowing me to dive deeper in the book than I even thought possible.

It’s what I needed to hear.
I could relate easily with Jamal’s experience growing up in a poverty mindset. His message cut me deep but offers me much hope. I’m hoping I can change my way of thinking to live with less anxiety in my day to day life.
