Definitely not for true beginners
After purchasing this audiobook and listening to it, I have to believe that the vast majority of the reviews by all of anonymous individuals must not be real. The format used in this audiobook is terrible. It does not start with learning basic Spanish words and phrases, but jumps right into a very lengthy dialogue that was way over my head. Instead of short dialogues and vocabulary at the end of each chapter, you have to go the end of the volumes. Moreover, there is no practice, or explanations after each dialogue or chapter. They do not provide any explanations why some words used are different in Mexico.The key to learning any new language is practice and repetition. This audiobook fails to provide any of these methods to help with learning a new language. Definitely not worth the time and money. Learn to Speak Spanish Like Crazy is a much better audiobook for beginners.
