Loved it! I feel like I learned a lot!

So I've been trying to really get this Spanish thing down! I used Pimsleur for 4 months (completed the 5 levels) and I learned a lot! What I like about this that's different from Pimsleur is that he gives you tips and tricks on how to turn English words into Spanish or explains why something is done this way or that way whereas Pimsleur was more conversational with no real explanation why certain words were said they were. Now, I love Pimsleur, don't get me wrong. I think they're both great. But again, I'm more of a person who likes to know the why as I find it helps it stick better. I suggest doing both honestly. It definitely made my daily commutes quite enjoyable.

Listen. I am a 32 year old AA male, with little Spanish experience. I took time to learn Spanish during COVID 19 to pass time. Let’s just say this was a great investment. One lesson a day is easy and definitely worth your money. I also practice by going to Spanish restaurants just to speak and listen. I also watch Spanish shows on Netflix.... this is a great investment and im a cheap guy.... you won’t be disappointed

Firstly I love the approach to learning.

I gave comings and tents years ago. Maybe change the story line to hotels.

Great Book!!

Really enjoyed this book(as well as the second book!) and got a lot out of it. It's repetitive enough that you understand and remember words easily, but not over the top. You're given enough time to think, translate and formulate a sentence in your head and then speak it aloud, giving you the time to digest and actually learn.
