Overall a Entertaining read

The part that stood out the most was the virtual voice…. It made it hard to listen to and was not relaxing. You can definitely zone out to it but you will not retain anything from listening.

Terrible Virtual Narrator

The story is probably good, but I could not get past the terrible Virtual narrator. Mispronunciation of words, saying the word, saying the word explanation mark, totally detracted from the story and my listening experience. I will not purchase another book with a virtual narrator until advancements have been made.

I dislike the AI reading of the book. made hard to understand and to pick out who was speaking in conversation and missed pronunciation

AI robotic voice

Story is not bad-if you can get past insta love. Still leaves you wondering for the second book

I am going to stop listening to it because the AI voice is just not right... I don't want to ruin my experience with the book

Virtual voice just isn’t the same

You can definitely tell this is a virtual voice. Lacks emotion and depth. But the book itself was good

The virtual narrator was pretty bad.

Story good though going to the next one. Do the characters and writing justice. Get a real performer

The narration is horrible

It’s sounds like they just had AI narrate this book and that was such a poor decision. I actually think the story was great and I felt like the narration took away from it. Can audible please have someone that narrated the other romantasy books just narrate this one as well?

The AI reader is the worst

Still listening, but the AI reader is horrible!! It misses all emotion. I can’t believe this is on audible. I don’t understand why the author and/or publisher would not care about this book enough to hire a reader. Any actor looking for a break would do it.
