Very nice audio cookbook!
It describes the mechanisms of action of fasting in the body, various methods of fasting, the effect of fasting on cancer and diabetes, activation of the immune system, lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, the anti-inflammatory effect of fasting, increasing muscle mass, keto recipes for intermittent fasting. There are many diet audiobooks out there, but I found this one full of useful information.

I have been doing a lot of research on different diets and this was a great listen with good info. I may be starting a Keto diet soon and this is a great guide for beginners.

Absolutely love this book! I am not one to normally buy a cookbook, but I chose this one and am so happy I did. Easy enough delicious meals in an easy to follow recipe layout.

The recipes are very good!
The facts and data and meal plan outlined are done very well and easy to understand. The recipes are very good! I’ve already made ghee and mayo. It’s got a great recipe for ketogenic yogurt and granola, which I have missed and look forward to trying.

Quite interesting book
Everything that I have tried so far is fantastic, and they are healthy and always delicious. This book is a step-by-step guide very helpful to understand. I love the information in this book, the structure, nutrition tips meal planning and such.

Great information, easy to follow, helped to get started on keto. It has valuable content for all. I'm happy with this guidebook and listening step by step. I want to prefer that for all. Grateful!!

Very informative and helpful.
Provided meal plans to help me get started. I liked the fact that it spelled out the various stages of adjustment and what to expect, as well as how the high-fat content will affect the body.
