Loved the book

Is that it was written that it was easy to understand, it goes over so much that I can truly apply this diet to my live. I love the warnings that have put down so that those that cannot do this won’t as he totally covers that in many ways. And the narrator did a wonderful job thank you for the book

It is so worthwhile!

I am 4 days into ketosis, and I have lost much of my appetite which makes it easy for me to fast from 8PM or earlier to noon or later with little or no effort. I have never been able to fast before in my lifetime. I think as I get past the fat adaptation phase, that I will be able to extend my fasting. Thanks to this book it helps a lot.

This book is well-informed!

For me, it seems like it provided an escape to normality. I've been relieved of the stress of dieting. I no longer count calories, never feel deprived, never eat crappy food and am losing excess weight. I think I've actually discovered a more natural lifestyle that I can do for the rest of my life. I guarantee there is something you will learn from this book.
