It's a great introduction and guide for fasting!

I loved this audiobook, applied it to my life and am seeing a lot of health benefits for me. This book has changed my life. Helpful information

It was amazingly entrancing to get some answers concerning the ketogenic diet and increase capability with all the intermittent fasting methods. It's a quick reference to get you started. Loved the book

Is that it was written that it was easy to understand, it goes over so much that I can truly apply this diet to my live. I love the warnings that have put down so that those that cannot do this won’t as he totally covers that in many ways. And the narrator did a wonderful job thank you for the book

A Robotic Bostonian Reader? Words Mispronounced.

Generally informative and helpful and has value. However, this book is representative of the Medical Industry, which both positive and negative. Many weirdly mispronounced words are a bit distracting and annoying, like: "Car-bra-har-drates" "Glice-o-gin" "Saterated" "Hell-care" "ar (or)". 🤭

This book has helped me greatly.
