When demigods fight, the world holds its breath.
War has come to Kairos' doorstep right as his dynasty seems secure. The Poison Emperor Mithridates has launched his conquest of the Sunsea, sowing death and destruction in his path. The vile Romulus feeds on the chaos in the hope of freeing his dreadful master, the wolf-god Lycaon.
As his final battle approaches, Kairos gathers his many allies to face his foes once and for all. Two would-be pantheons will now clash to determine which of them will inherit the Olympians' throne.
At the apex of the world, there is only enough space for one.
Book three in the epic Kairos LitRPG series, loaded with Greek mythology and pirate-themed adventure, by the bestselling author behind Vainqueur the Dragon and The Perfect Run.
About the Series: Witness an epic blend of Greek Mythology and LitRPG where Heracles was a [Fighter] and Circe a [Spellcaster]. In a universe where the old Gods have fallen, mortals can rise to become Gods through Legends, Levels, and building up Mythical Skills. Dungeons full of minotaurs and undead, insidious assassination plots, and epic wars between demigods...this series has it all.

good book.

Usually the characters are the focus and we get a lot of insight of their thoughts and motivations, but in this it felt as if we were just going down a checklist closing all the loose ends. Overall it is a satisfying ending and there are great moments, but I'm still hungry for more about the pirate king and his cohorts.
A good ending, but rushed

The writing is otherwise consistent with the other two books in the series.
It’s a good end, but I would have preferred if Kairos made up a larger part of it.
Only about half Kairos

While not in the same class as “The Perfect Run”, I feel that all in all, the hours spent listening to this book, and the previous two in the trilogy, were time well spent.
Great performance, satisfying end to the trilogy

Someone else said it, and it's 100% true. Kairos makes up maybe 1/3 of the book. Author felt it more important to let us know women are NEVER at fault for anything they do. Accountability is a four letter word. Cheat on your husband? It's the man's fault. Get knocked up by another man, still the husband's fault. Murder said husband? Still 100% that husband's fault. Got it. Yep.
Only buy/listen to this book to finish out the Trilogy. I will be getting my credit back. Book is unbelievably overrated with I'm pretty sure paid for 5 star reviews. Good luck listener.
Easily the weakest of the 3 Books

Solid but overly wordy.
