Publisher's summary

It's been 18 years since TV crime reporter Andi Hollister's sister was murdered. The confessed killer is behind bars, and the execution date is looming. But when a letter surfaces stating that the condemned killer didn't actually do it, Detective Will Kincaide of the Memphis Cold Case Unit will stop at nothing to help Andi get to the bottom of it. After all, this case is personal: The person who confessed to the crime is Will's cousin. They have less than a week to find the real killer before the wrong person is executed. But much can be accomplished in that week - including uncovering police corruption, running for your life, and falling in love.

Great Clean Mistery! Worth it to Keep Listening..

At 1st I thought this to be a cheesy mistery. But I continued listening just to see. Her other books are well written & this book is too! Worth my credit & will prolly listen to it again. Clean, no cussing, sexuality & has a tendency to lean toward Christianity.. which I personally always appreciate! Thanks, Patricia Bradley, for another great book! :D

Good suspense mystery

JUSTICE DELAYED is the first novel in the Memphis Cold Case series. This novel and this series are very highly rated, but I do not understand why.

Another great Christian mystery

Patricia Bradley has written another clean mystery that will keep you listening from start to finish without you wanting to put it down...at least it did for me. If you like good a mystery clean without all the sex some authors think is necessary...then this is a book I think you will enjoy. I highly recommend this book to one and all!!!

Great story!

I like the storyline. It was good suspense and good drama. Not too much faith woven into
it? But it was a clean story and it was extremely entertaining.

Justice Delayed

This book was an amazingly suspenseful book that grabbed me from the first page. The narrator did a great job. I listened as I was on a road trip and did not want to stop and get out of the car because I wanted to know what happened next. This is a great story and being from Memphis made it even more enjoyable. The author did a great job with the landmarks of the city and made me appreciate how thorough her research and knowledge of this great city was. I highly recommend this book to all romantic suspense lovers out there.

Suspense, Mystery, Intrigue, and who, what, where, and why?

When I saw that Patricia Bradley had a new series coming out I pre-ordered it. I was not disappointed. Joell A. Jacob is the perfect narrator.
I've been a fan and I am really glad I found this one at the beginning. Finished listening today and I now have to wait for #2.
I especially like no sex scenes or language. And Faith thrown in on top!

Really good read

I loved this book it was really wonderful, however the ending left me hanging in one area. How did Andy and will deal with her lortab addiction? I really wonder how they dealt with it, how did affect their relationship, did her doctor help with this? Then did she get her back fixed? Just a few questions.
They being said I loved this plot and the characters such a different kind of story and I loved it. The narration was excellent and really added to my pleasure in listening to it.
Looking forward to more books in this series.

Story slow, narrator just a reader.

Any additional comments?

Story was too slow for me. I actually skipped from ch. 15 to ch. 36 and didn't feel like I missed anything, just picked right up. Hard to follow the story since all the voices sound the same, so pay attention to the names if you listen to it.

Suspense and friends to lovers

I had a little trouble keeping all the characters and plot straight. This probably had more to do with the fact that I was listening in Hospital than issue with story itself. I was constantly interrupted by medical staff and procedures ; most likely if I listen to it again under better conditions, I wouldn’t have that problem.

Could have done without the sermons

The story was good enough to keep my interest. Not really a romance. Wish religion had been left out.
