Amazing

this is definitely my favorite book by this author. the mc is smart and capable something i love as I don't like when mc are complete idiots

Doesn't waste my time being too bogged down in descriptive writing.

First book so can't complain much about unfinished parts of the story when the author clearly represents these reveals to be later.

World building done well a decent treatment for Characters and the author clearly was not treating the main character and supporting characters with trite and silly qualities so readily ruining a story of these themes. And the cover art is nice for that as well

Great story, it reminds me of Kaladin in the Way of Kings.

fantastic writing, terrific narrator, you can predict elements, but even those are satisfying as they occur. can't wait for the next one.

Amazing world building

Andrew is becoming on of my favorite authors! His character depth and world building truly take me into the story and leaving me feeling as if I’m with the characters. Another excellent job, definitely recommend to anyone interested in the genre and to anyone looking to try something new!!
