The Instant-Series Presents Instant Forgiveness
Remember all those people have who have ever upset, offended, or harmed you, whether it was physically or emotionally, and you just can't seen to let it go? This could have been a random stranger, a past relationship, or even worse...you live around and have to interact with them every day, like at home or work.
This unwillingness to let things go is not only controlling you but eating you up alive deep down inside - and you want it to stop! Yet you just can't seen to unburden yourself of these harbored negative emotions. Don't give them more power to do any more harm than they already have!
You're robbing yourself of positive energy and focus that could be used for more productive, positive priorities than on those particular individuals who have at some point hurt you, either intentionally or even accidentally.
Is that how you want go on living, which is not a life of your own but that of being controlled by these strings of grudges from these puppet masters of inflictions?
Then be the bigger person. Be willing to forgive and forget.
Within Instant Forgiveness:
- How to confront and reconcile with those who inflicted pain on you, to not only let go of your emotional burdens but help them let go of theirs.
- How to start each and every day rejuvenated from all negative energies, with the step-by-step process of doing "emotional detoxification."
- How to NOT process those immediate damages done by others, but alter them with the "blind spot pardon" technique to help you see the solutions instead.

What made the experience of listening to Instant Forgiveness the most enjoyable?
We all seek forgiveness at some point during our lives and forgiving someone can be one of the hardest things we ever do. But if we practice and use the advice in this book, we can instantly dissolve the emotional baggage that is bringing us and holding us down, whether we realize it or not.
What did you like best about this story?
In order to move forward we must learn to forgive by accepting differences and pardoning flaws. If we hold onto grudges, this will just keep us in a constant state of irritation, which benefits no one! We need to be prepared to forgive someone.
What does The INSTANT-Series bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Listening over reading usually brings more attention to the subject for me.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Instant Forgiveness ... Getting Rid of the Emotional Baggage
Any additional comments?
There is great advice in this book which shows ways to forgive, such as developing an “It’s not with it!” attitude, focusing on priorities and most of all putting commonsense above all else.
Ideas for unburdening your emotional baggage: Meditation, breath purification, physical control and blind spot pardon, which is control or blocking your emotions by concentrating on light. Mainly we just need to ignore the problems we have no control over.
Preventive Measures: Look back on the moment of the problem … reconstruct the scene … what could you have done differently? Think objectively in a quiet room … what could have been different?
People like to put negativity on others mainly because they are feeling negative as well.
Forgiveness is the healing you need before you can enjoy your life again! Free Yourself! It won’t happen overnight, but if you follow the advice and do the exercises in this book, you will see and feel a major difference in your life.
