A MUST BOOK

We all deal with anger almost daily and we must learn how to handle anger or it will certainly handle us and distance us from friends and loved one if we don't process anger biblically.

Very practical info that most of us know but often fail to practice. Learn about definitive and distorted anger. Then learn to deal with it. Helpful in marriage, family and professional life.

working for me

For every anger-related issue, the authors give a variety of suggestions, emphasizing that the reader should try different approaches to find what works. And that's good, because no one method will work for everyone.

self-help book

It views anger from many different ways and helps us to understand that this emotion given to us by God is normal; it is our behavior that could cause this to sin. Overall, an excellent book.

So thoughtful.

Sad to say, I’m guilty of these things and I’m hoping this book can change me gradually. It’s one anger management book I won’t underestimate. It’s written thoughtfully, I must say.

I did enjoy the information expressed

It is a good book if the man receiving it is willing to complete the work not just read through it. Self-reflection is the most important part.

the author can relate with me.

Ever since my sister was left by her husband, I began to struggle with my anger. It’s already getting out of hand and somehow, they were able to convince me to grab some self-help books and let it guide me. I was both curious and skeptical when I got this. As the discussion progresses, things took a different turn. It became more meaningful and it’s clear the author can relate with me. This has been very helpful.
